NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF ESTIMATES OF PROPOSED EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2010

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OYSTER BAY SEWER DISTRICT will hold a public hearing on the estimates of proposed expenditures for and revenues of the District for the calendar year commencing January 1, 2010. Said public hearing shall take place on Thursday September 3, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at the offices of the District, 15 Bay Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York.
